In my opinion, ideal principal is someone who encourage us to do and not to interfere our works. But I think it is very difficult to meet the ideal principal. Do you have your ideal principal in your school you work right now?

My ideal principal is someone who has his own pedagogical philosophy and tried to be firm in it. Of course, the philosophy should be sound, it shouldn't have ulterior motive.

An ideal boss should never forget what he did as a common teacher. I think principals just forget how they did before they were promoted to principals. I mean they should try to be in teachers's shoes.
